HEAL: EMDR Intensive Group Therapy
EMDR Intensive group therapy offers a highly structured and accelerated approach to trauma recovery, enabling participants to work through their experiences in a condensed timeframe instead of traditional weekly sessions. This format is specifically designed to facilitate deeper processing and more rapid progress, making it particularly effective for those seeking substantial healing within a shorter period. This structure enables deeper processing by minimising interruptions between sessions, supporting a more rapid and comprehensive healing experience. Many individuals find that this concentrated format leads to deeper healing and a more profound sense of transformation.
