
Schema Therapy
Schema Therapy is an integrative psychotherapy, incorporating powerful elements from a number of therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. Schema therapy is one of the best reprocessing treatment available today to reprocess traumatic experiences that happened in one’s life.
Schema therapy is a way of working that allows both client and practitioner to understand the developmental origins of a patient’s difficulties. Beyond treating symptoms, schema therapy creates an opportunity to heal early adverse experiences that relate to the problems being experienced in the individual today.

EMDR
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. EMDR therapy helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. EMDR therapy has been extensively researched and has demonstrated effectiveness for trauma. It is one of the best reprocessing treatment available today and highly effective for treating Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
One advantage of EMDR therapy is that it does not require the client to talk in detail about the distressing issue rather it focuses on assisting the brain to resume its natural healing process. EMDR therapy is designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain. For most clients, EMDR therapy can be completed in fewer sessions than other psychotherapies.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) is a psychotherapy that helps people to manage their problems by changing the way they think and behave. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness. In many studies, CBT has been demonstrated to be as effective as, or more effective than, other forms of psychological therapy or psychiatric medications.

Integration Focused Yoga Therapy (Samunnaya Yoga Chikitsa)

Samunnaya Yoga Chikitsa (Integration Focused Yoga Therapy) focuses on inner transformation, emphasizing the integration of mind and body. It is based on the Yoga Sutras of Maharshi Patanjali and the Samkhya School of Thought, one of the oldest philosophical systems in India. Jain Joseph, a clinical psychologist and yoga therapist, has combined various techniques from these two systems to create an integrated approach that supports individuals in their journey towards wellbeing. The methods of Samunnaya Yoga include Ashtanga yoga practices (the Eight Limbs of Yoga), Kriya yoga practices, an integrated yogic diet, and an integrated yogic lifestyle.
Integration Focused Yoga Therapy (IFYT) facilitates the reprocessing of traumatic experiences and helps regulate the autonomic nervous system. It directly addresses the physiological aspects of trauma through the application of Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, and Dhyana practices. These techniques enable individuals to achieve better integration of their body and mind, fostering a sense of safety within themselves.
